This is a 12 month contract. You will be charged £975.00 (+VAT) per month. The total commitment is £11,700.00 (+VAT).

Campaign Details:
(1) Central Radio agrees to provide a radio advertisement package in line with these agreed terms and conditions.
(2) Particulars of services to be provided Central Radio:
3x sponsor plays per day hour between 6am and 7pm weekdays
Listing on the Central Radio 'supporters page' on the Central Radio website including business logo, website link, description and playable advert.
Sponsor message production
(3) Agreed minimum airtime: 12 months (3)(a) Commencing date: will be confirmed as part of the onboarding process but will be assumed to be 7 days form the date of purchase via this portal unless agreed with a member of the station team.
(4) Additional Advert productions are charged at £145 +VAT per production. The client will need to purchase any required additional advert production via the stations advertising portal, or by request of the station team.
(5) In consideration the client agrees to pay Central Radio the fee of £975 (+VAT) per month for the agreed minimum airtime of 12 months, and thereafter will be offered at a continuing rate of £975 (+VAT) per month on a rolling monthly basis.
Contractual Terms and Conditions.
(a) The terms and conditions set out below, together with the terms, dates and other details listed above apply to the contract between “you” (the person or business or the purchaser) and “us”, Central Radio as from the date as set out above listed as “agreed minimum airtime”.
(b) By purchasing and subscribing to this service via the advertising portal, you are agreeing the terms as set out in this document.
(c) Payment will be collected via our third party processor. You will be required to make your initial payment at the point of subscription. In doing so, you authorise the continued collection of the monthly fees due by the payment card details you provide; thus ensuring your account remains in good financial standing. In the event of failed payment, you will be notified by the payment provider. The payment provider will make 3 attempts to authorise the applicable charges as due. Central Radio reserves the right to apply interest on arrears of 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for any accrued debt as a result of failed payments.
(d) Central Radio reserves the right to apply a late payment charge of £95 (+VAT) for any and each late payment which is in addition to any further reasonable debt recovery costs for the remaining balance due.
(e) In the event of technical issues resulting in loss of broadcast or delayed broadcast, we reserve the right to amend the agreed schedule in order to accommodate the fair airtime of all clients. Central Radio will not intentionally remove agreed advertising from airtime output without reasonable notice to the client.
(f) In the event that Central Radio is unable to accommodate advertisements either due to technical, environmental or any factor resulting in loss of broadcast, we reserve the right to extend the dates set out in paragraph (3) to provide the agreed service. In the event that this clause becomes effective, extensions to the terms agreed will be given on an equal basis to the original agreed airtime. For example, if due to issues resulting in loss of broadcast the client has lost two scheduled advert play outs, we will re-schedule 2 advert play outs as an extension to the agreed terms.
(g) Any loss of broadcast as a result of issues beyond reasonable control of Central Radio does not constitute a breach of this agreement. However, should loss of broadcast last for any period exceeding 72 hours in any 12 week period, you reserve the right to cancel this agreement without charge. Central Radio will then offer either; alternative advertising options or offer a refund of any remaining time as set out in paragraph (3) and as per the terms of your payment schedule.
(h) If you wish to change your advert at any point, there will be a production fee of £145 (+VAT) per single voice advert.
(i) Adverts will remain property of Central Radio and may not be used on any other platform without written permission.
(j) This agreement is for a minimum term of 12 months and will continue on a ‘rolling basis’ thereafter. A notification period of 30 days is required by either parties for termination of the advertising campaign, and the date of termination must fall on either the last day on the committed period, or any date following the end of the committed period. You are able to notify any intended termination to the station either directly in writing (email) to the station team, or by accessing your subscription via the advertising portal and following the instructions to cancel the active subscription.
In summary: You’re subscribing to a committed contract, and you will be automatically billed and charged on a recurring monthly basis. You are authorising Central Radio to make automatic payment requests to the payment method used to commence the agreement on the advertising portal.
You may cancel or change your subscription only upon completion of the minimum term detailed.
Failure to make payment against a committed contract may result in additional charges.
What happens next? Prior to commencing your advertising campaign, you will be required to eSign a copy of these terms and conditions. This request will be issued to you by our team as part of the onboarding process. The team will discuss and agree your advert production with you.
Your campaign will usually begin to air within 7 days (or on a date mutually agreed) but failure to complete this required step may result in a delay to your advertising campaign.
